EXECUTIVE ORDER NO. 28 AN ORDER ADOPTING THE RESTRICTIONS FOR LOCALITIES PLACED UNDER MODIFIED ENCHANCED COMMUNITY QUARANTINE (MECQ) OF TERNATE EFFECTIVE AUGUST 19 to 31,2021.
13. Curfew hours will be from 8:30pm to 4:00 am.

14. Liquor ban shall be imposed throughout the MECQ period.

Simula po ngayong araw ay ipatutupad po ang Liquor Ban. Ito po ay para maiwasan ang pagkalat ng COVID-19. Simula po ng nagluwag ang quarantine nung nakaraang buwan ay halos x10 po ang itinataas ng bilang ng positive cases.

PS: Any violation of the foregoing prohibitions shall constitute non-cooperation of the person or entities punishable under Section 9 par. (d) or (e), as the case may be, of Republic Act No. 11332, otherwise known as the Mandatory Reporting of Notifiable Diseases and Health vents of Public Health Concern act, and its Implementing Rules and Regulations.
