The Joint Tactical Inspection is an annual event being conducted by the CRS Division, spearheaded by no other than MR. ALMUS J. ALABE. The objective of this exercise is to inspect and check the readiness of the security guards assigned in SM Supermalls – SM CITY BACOOR, SM CITY MOLINO, SM CENTER IMUS, SM CITY ROSARIO AND SM CITY TANZA. This event is done in cooperation with Mall Operations and the Security Agency Providers. The Joint Tactical Inspection is not a fault-finding activity but more on a corrective measure to ensure that guards are always dressed, equipped and supplied completely by the respective security providers.

During the JTI, uniforms and equipment are checked and inspected in order to conform with the standards set by the company and the requirements set by the Philippine National Police.

Trooping the line is a long military tradition wherein the commander of the troops inspects his men’s equipment and their total readiness before the battle begins. And in today’s event, we had the pleasure of letting our Guest of Honor and Speaker, the Senior Assistant Vice President of Operations Department including other mall officials, agency operators and other guest to troop the line and to witness the preparedness of our troops and other front liners in today’s big event which manifest how they tackle their everyday task.

This is also giving a fitting semblance of how of each of the top tier of an organization should appreciate each of them as they represent their core strength and longevity and are largely instrumental for the organization’s success.
